Fusion Handrail Configuration Diagrams

Fusion Entry Detail diagram

This shows the standard entry detail
The fittings you will need are a MMNC* Newel base connector
MMBC* Bottom Connector
You may need a New Newel Base or use your existing newel post.

Fusion Entry with a Bullnose Step

As before this show a Typical Entry Detail - This one has a Bullnose entry Step, with a bullnose step you need to have a longe newel base at the entry, you can see in the Diagram Richard burbidge recommend a NB915 Newel Base, You may be able to use a NB700 on some staircases.

Fusion on a Quarter Landing entry

This image shows a Quarter Landing Dogleg Entry to the Staircase with a Bullnose step agian they show a NB915 Newel Base, If this is being fitted to an existing staircase in this senario it may be difficult to replace the Newel base and a installer would recommend that you keep the existing Newel base if is is Positioned correctly and of a sufficient size.

Fusion at a Winder Entry

This shows the Fusion entry detail on a Winder staircase, Again as above Regarding the Newel Base If this is being fitted to an existing staircase in this senario it may be difficult to replace the Newel base and a installer would recommend that you keep the existing Newel base if is is Positioned correctly and of a sufficient size.

Fusion with Offside handrails

This image shows you how to deal with Fusion when connecting Offside or lower Landing Handrails into the bottom Newel post with the MMHL# Half Landing Connector.
